A small practice, by design.

Rachel Halperin founded this practice in 2011 after a decade at a large firm. The idea was simple: estate work is personal, and families deserve an attorney who treats it that way. We handle wills, trusts, and probate for clients across the Twin Cities.

You meet with Rachel — not an associate, not a paralegal handling the substance. Calls are returned the same business day. Documents are drafted by hand for your situation, and explained in language you can repeat to your family.
